Refund request — The G.A.I.N.S Capacity-Building Program

This form is for program and standalone-level purchases. A full-program cohort seat is eligible for a full refund when the request is made until three calendar days before the published cohort start date. A standalone level is eligible within three calendar days of purchase. After the applicable window, requests are reviewed case by case and a refund is not guaranteed. Organization-sponsored purchases follow their agreement. For a booked call, use the cancellation link in the booking email.
